Our E-Shop has as a priority the protection of your personal data and this Privacy Policy describes the way artinkea.com (our “E-Shop”) processes your personal data when you visit or effect purchases from our E-Shop , according to the applicable national legislation and the European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, hereinafter “GDPR”), as in force.

We process your personal data only for the purpose of the operation of the E-Shop. These data is a combination of information that you provide, as well as information that we collect automatically. The legal basis for the process is the legal interest of our business of the safe and sound operation of the E-Shop and the development of our business activity and the improvement of our systems.

In addition, upon your prior consent, we use your personal data for the purposes of marketing communication with you, for sending you personalized messages at your email address concerning the news of the E-Shop as well as any offers provided by us.

  1. For the Registration and the Opening-up of an account at the E-Shop 

It is not obligatory to create an account with our E-Shop and you may navigate the site as visitor. In case, however, you create an account with us, we process for this purpose the personal data you provide for registration and for the administration of your account with the E-Shop: i.e. your name and surname, shipping address, billing address, email and (optionally) your phone number.

(b) For delivering the products you purchased

In order to deliver the purchases you made we support you after sales with the data we need which are the following: your name and surname and in case of legal persons, the name and distinctive title of the company, the TRN, in case you request the issuance of an invoice, the billing address and/or the shipping address, so as to receive the product at your premises, the phone number to communicate with you and your mobile number for the electronic communication through e-mails, and your email address, so as to receive communication by us.

(c) For Marketing Communication

In case you provide your consent to us for the purposes of direct marketing communication, we may process the personal data us for marketing purposes and to conduct marketing communication through email.

(d) For the purpose of «Behavioral Advertising»

For the better operation of our E-Shop we use your personal data to provide targeted advertising or marketing communication we think you may be interested in. For instance:

  1. For how long does the E-Shop keep my data?

We will process the information you provide to us through the E-Shop and the personal data we collect for as long as necessary for our contractual relation. We will retain your personal data for as long as you keep interacting with uyoutus and for the period which is necessary for the processing purposes for which the data is collected. 

The data will be stored in the E-shop’s database until you request their deletion (for example in case you request to delete your account by telephone communication at our contact details under article 1 above), unless we are bound to comply with a legal obligation. In any case, the data is deleted after each processing purpose is fulfilled.

Your contact details and the information on your personal choices and preferences for the purposes of commercial communication are kept for three (3) years from the provision of your consent (at which point we will notify you and ask for the renewal of your consent) or until you withdraw your consent for each of the foregoing processing purposes, in which case the we will delete your personal data and shall no longer use them unless the we are bound to retain such data for the execution of a contract and/or to comply with a legal obligation pursuant to the above (for example taxation data).

  1. Recipients of your personal data and relation with third parties 

Within the course of the E-shop’s operation and the fulfillment of its contractual obligations,   we cooperate with third companies that obtain access only to the data which are absolutely necessary for your registration to the E-shop and the management of your account, the execution of our contract of sale and in general the provision of services from our Company, the operational and technical organization of our website and the optimization of our products and services. Upon transferring your data to such third-party companies, we ensure at all times the highest level of safety. As such, your personal data are transferred only to service providers and cooperating companies which have been diligently selected and which are contractually bound.

More specifically, in order for the website to operate and process and complete your orders, we cooperate with Shopify, which provides software services for the support of electronic commerce. In addition we use the abovementioned company, as well as the companies Paypal and Everypay in order for you to effect payments. These companies are internet service providers regulated by legislation for securing the safety of your personal data. In case of payments, by using the abovementioned payment service providers, more specifically, our E-Shop has no involvement in the collection and processing of your data, which are collected by them, according to the legislation applicable to them and their privacy policy. Therefore, in order to have full information concerning the processing of your data by these third party providers, you need to consult their relevant privacy policy at their website which you visit. In case you make a direct transfer to one of our bank accounts, we keep the number of your bank account, only for the purpose to confirm payment or to use it in case of a refund.

Our E-Shop generally stores the personal data mainly within the EEA. In case of a transfer of data to third countries outside the EEA, for which there is no adequacy decision, or to International Organizations, we shall implement all appropriate safeguards as provided by the applicable legal framework for the protection of personal data with regards to the transfer to third countries and all necessary information shall be made available at the E-Shop’s website.

The E-Shop implements all necessary security measures for the protection and safeguard of your personal data in order to prevent the incidental loss or destruction or the non-authorized and illegal access to your data, their use, alteration or their disclosure.
